Reward Drop items are limited-stock member redemption offers, redeemed with Reward Points (or Reward Points plus payment). They are not giveaways, prizes, competitions, trade promotions or games of chance, and no draw, ballot or random selection is involved - redemption requests are processed in the order in which they are received. The number of items available is stated for each Reward Drop, and availability is strictly limited to that quantity. Reward Drops are first come, first served while stocks last unless we state otherwise, and only members holding sufficient Reward Points when a drop is released can redeem it. Where an item is described as discounted, the comparison price is the price at which we or the relevant supplier genuinely and regularly sold or offered that item for a reasonable period before the discount began. Points required, pricing, availability and offer terms may change between drops.
